The Authorities closing the case against Michael Jackson after the investigation which overlapped with the alleged abuse periods is by far the biggest smoking gun in this entire case. 2005 should have never happened as the case was closed meaning no evidence was found at all to.

Bad and Dangerous literally lost US sales because of Michael's skin disease. Before the false allegations took a sledgehammer to History (1995), the main reason why Bad and Dangerous weren't selling like Thriller is the media's constant harassment & lynching over Michael's.
