To their credit, the help desk person is being very helpful It’s just super frustrating to go play a game I was playing the other day to be met with -it looks like someone else on your pc owns this you can’t use it- when I’m literally the only person on my pc with this account

Y’all ever just pretend you don’t remember exactly how something is done, so you can bring up someone else’s mistake in a way that feels nicer? Like “oh, am I doing this wrong?” When I know I’m right, but I need a reason to bring up when someone else is not right
