Mental health issues with battle rap is real..anxiety, the build up,the pressure..then going from performing and having everyone come up to you to then be alone in a room with your thoughts…proud of shotty for sharing this..and there’s a big discussion that needs to be had here
I know I never talk about it and I fuckin should but I went and got actual help for my crippling anxiety today. So that’s good.
Also, a lot of people in the entertainment game go through this but people can’t imagine it cos of what we do on stage.
