Few things people need to remember about TX. 1. Although it is an open carry state, you still CANNOT carry firearms on school grounds unless you are the 👮🏾♀️. 2. Put your gun on safety! The man adjusted his pants and shot himself in the foot & leg.

Nothing prepares you to receive a message stating there is an active threat at your child’s school. As a government contractor I’ve conducted active shooter exercises. As a teacher I’ve trained my students & have been in several lockdown situations. As a parent. I wasn’t ready.

Appreciate your testing coordinators… especially if you have @MaryRyan_LCSS. She has set the bar extremely high for me! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Testing season is always stressful but it was never due to lack of preparation on her part. You’re the real MVP!

Mutation lab! Students were taped to create different mutations (fused hands, no arms, no hands, fused arms, claws, etc) and then were given a task (pick up 3 kisses, open them and eat them in 90 seconds) 😂😂
