@MCA As per NCLT order MSME vendors of Hindusthan National Glass Ltd., Hardly get back the GST Paid by them to government. Request GST Council reimburse GST Paid by MSMEs incase their customer filed bankruptcy petition. This will help MSMEs to a great extent.

Recently NCLT has given its verdict where operational creditors (including micro suppliers) will get roughly 19%. That means after years of waiting they get refund of the GST paid only + very meagre amount. If GST Is paid by the buyer or GST reversed, they would have got more.

Request MCA to come out with a scheme to save MSME vendors of Corporates presently under NCLT. Dues of Micro units receive last priority . It may be clubbed with salaries of employees for settlement.
