For the confused people out there, there are 3 very separate entities that govern FBS football. - NCAA D1: The Autonomy 4 now have equal+elevated control . - CFP: 11 members, with 3 tiers of control and revenue:.1) SEC+B1G .2) ACC+B12+ND.3) G6. - CSC: 5 equal members (A4+Pac).

The funniest part about the 2024 USC season isnāt just that they went 4-5 in conference. Not that they were Marylands only conference win. Not that they gave Washington bowl eligibility. Itās that they did it with a schedule that didnāt have 3 out of 4 B1G playoff teams.
