Punk Portraits began in 2021 when 1,000 CryptoPunk left the blockchain to visit photographer David Lawrence's studio. David and his team spent 100 hours making portraits and then released them back into the ether! Recently they appeared again on the front page of @opensea!!

This project is an ode to @cryptopunksnfts and @PunkPortraitNFT. It is imagining 10,000 pixelated punks leaving the blockchain in 2025 and visiting @Dlawr's photo studio. This body of photographs will be released on the etherium blockchain.
