If anyone is wondering how Putin came up with 76.6% of the vote, the answer is probably simply that 76.6% times the turnout of 67% is.... 51% of the total eligible vote.
A nice neat 1% more than needed to be able to claim he has outright majority support.

The era of Vladimir Putin in Russia continues.His detractors will rail against him & denigrate the free choice of the Russian people...however in the end they will have to admit he is the ONLY man who can carry the Russian people with him,now & for the next six years
