My feed is flooded with people pitching $BMNR as a buy while erroneously claiming it is "below NAV". As of this tweet the NAV is ~34, so at current prices it is still sitting at a 20% premium.

At the time of the spinoff, $SCLX market cap was less than 100m. This alleged deal with Biconomy values Semnur Pharmaceuticals at roughly 3 billion USD. Biconomy has no history of making any investments in publicly traded companies.

$SCLX so far has only invested 8m into Datavault, with the remaining 142m to come at some unknown later date. Scilex spun out Semnur into SPAC Denali Capital Acquisition Corp, a very small SPAC that now trades on the pink sheets averaging less than 100 shares traded per day.
