Another special gin created for a special place. Rick's Bar is named after Ricks Bar & Grill in the movie Casablanca. Its a little oasis on the harbourside. Rick's gin uses juniper, coriander, angelica, cassia, clove, cherry, berries and citrus zest.#bristolgin #smallbatchgin

We took over 145 St Michaels Hill in 2016. There have been a few changes since then. It was home to two pot stills until we moved all production down to Whitehall. It is still home to our shop, distilling workshops and gin masterclasses, but now also home to Interlude Coffee.
