Protocol Guild distributes tokens in-kind (i.e. not swapped into ETH or stables) because we want to give core contributors exposure to ecosystem incentives that they otherwise pass up. When the ecosystem thrives, maintainers benefit. Skin in the game drives better outcomes 🎯.

3 years ago, @ENS_DAO voted to fund the Protocol Guild pilot with 200k $ENS . Without the pioneering support of projects allocating to the pilot, PG would not stand today as the leading onchain institution comprehensively funding core development.
Our proposal for @ENS_DAO to support our initial Pilot passed with nearly unanimous approval 🫡 Thanks to the community for the support!. 200k ENS will shortly be transferred to the 1 year vesting contract w/ the weighted list of core devs.
