It has been more than four years since @alexholehouse and I started @IDPseminars and now it is time for fresh blood and fresh ideas! We are happy to announce that @chemeslab and @PelhamJackie take over as hosts!

1/ Our lab’s first preprint found a wonderful journal home! 🎉 Our paper explores the role of testis-specific transcription factors in Drosophila and reveals broad functional connections between tissue-specific paralog proteins. 📝:

Whelp! 😮 The number of registrants for our condensate meeting exceeds the venue capacity by a factor of 2. I guess we have some hard choices ahead. I would like to apologize in advance to those we have to deselect!

Now we will do this on a big scale with the @GrundforskFond center Plant-PATH bringing in complementary expertise in the form of @uhammes and @martensChloe. Together we will study the molecular mechanisms of regulation of plant hormone transport over the next 6 (or 10🤞) years!

For 10 years, I have had @BjornPPedersen as my lab next door-neighbor. We have discussed the dangly disordered bits that hang off his favorite transporters over many cups of coffee and bottles of beer always ending up with the conclusion: “We should do a project together”.
