7/7 My in-laws have been WorldMark members for around 30 years, and it's frustrating that a company owned by Wyndham would treat their loyal customers this way.

6/7 My mother-in-law called customer service on Monday, and after a 90 minute wait she finally talked with a customer service agent who almost seemed to blame my mother-in-law for missing the email, and basically told her, "Sorry, there's nothing we can do."

5/7 As a side note, my parents also use WorldMark and they never received that email either At this point there's no way we can fit five families into three condos. Our destination is a popular place so any available AirBnB will cost $2,000+ for the week, and we would need two.

4/7 WorldMark claims they sent an email (that my mother-in-law never received) explaining the enforcement change, and giving a whopping 48 hours to fix the problem or face cancellation without notification for any unit not in compliance.

3/7 A few days ago, during a routine call to WorldMark, she learned that WorldMark had cancelled two of the condos without notifying her. Apparently there's a policy in the fine print that has been there for years, but they never enforced it, until now.

2/7 A few days ago, my mother-in-law text our families to let us know we may have to cancel it completely. Here's what happened: My mother-in-law is on the ball, so a year ago she booked five condos, one for each family. She received confirmations for all five bookings.

1/7 I feel that @WorldMark by @WyndhamHotels has ruined my family's vacation, two weeks before it's supposed to happen. For two years we have been looking forward to a week of fun in the sun at one of our favorite destinations.
