@ProphetKingr6 @janjones1994 Unsure, just know that he’s been acting weird for years within the siege community, constant fake story’s, fake namens, impersonating people, lying about being on teams that don’t know him Unsure why he DMed me his statement, couldn’t care less after impersonating.

I would also like to add that yes, there is a line of thinking that stealing ideas is a strategic concept in sports coaching, but I do not believe this extends to passing others work off as you're own. Giving credit is all the difference.

Plagiarism is a blight on the support staff community in Rainbow 6. Stolen spreadsheets, bent truths, and a litany of work going unpaid and uncredited by organisations and teams. It's time we stop pretending this is acceptable and start holding people accountable.

RYZL also has a past in the Rainbow 6 scene. He previously worked in the community under the name @JanJones1994 . As far as I can tell, he rebranded after this incident, where he was caught lying about friendships with players he had met at a dinner. https://t.co/lcbrELfZda

Misc key details: -It was a 90 minute discussion session. RYZL sent them the document but never presented it. -He joined ING claiming to be a "mental strength and performance coach". -ING players say he didn't know anything about mental coaching

Forward 2 weeks, I have growing concerns as I have no idea how many teams my work has been sent around to, nor do I know if I will be accused of "stealing" in future if someone had received similar sessions from RYZL. Hence this thread.

After this meeting, said manager was unsure how to continue. At first he said "RYZL's work is still of a high quality" - perhaps missing the point. He did however get back to me to apologize for how I found out, and confirmed it would be looked into.

Highlights of the comparison: -Text on the slides was exactly the same -Some ING team specific ideas had been taken out -My name had been removed (But he had left "Click to Add Subtitle"!) -Changed the team logo. Aside from that, the slideshow was the same document.

Since I am friendly with the GM of said T1 team, I reached out and asked him to confirm that the work was different. We called a player who had access to RYZL's document so he could look at my work and compare. Top row is mine. The verdict? You be the judge.

24 hours later, I had a 1 on 1 meeting with an ING player, who informed me that a few days before, RYZL had "exploded at the team", "told the org to drop the team" and then left for a T1 team for a mental coach position. This of course sent my suspicions through the roof.

3 weeks later, I had a conversation with RYZL in which he asked me for "read access" to my "mental stuff". Since I had my suspicions, I told him I didn't have any other sessions and the one he had access to was the only one I had. He said he would "change" it.

My suspicions were first raised when he messaged me asking for help in the first person ("I"); but when questioned further it was for advice for a player. I felt it curious that a fellow coach wouldn't specify it was for a player, but simply put it down to the language barrier.

Since being released by Wylde, I've worked with various teams across different games in order to hone my potential as a sports psychologist or mental coach. One team I worked with is @Ingenious_DE , as I had been friendly with their manager/coach, @Ryzl_R6 for some years.

I recently found out that a team manager stole a sports psychology session I presented to his team, and used it to get a trial stage in T1. As it's unlikely to be publicly elaborated on, I decided a thread might be necessary.
