Our Zurich meeting was graciously hosted at IBM Research. We extend our gratitude to both IBM and ETH for their careful planning and execution of a successful event.

Additionally, two Bachelor’s projects and one internship were successfully completed. With all our submitted, ongoing, and planned publications, we're on track to achieve our 100-publication goal 🤞.

Additionally, we presented our work at numerous conferences, including the Computational Genomics Summer Institute (CGSI) in Los Angeles, United States, Intelligent Systems for Molecular Biology (ISMB) in Montreal, Canada, International Symposium on Computer Architecture (ISCA)

We also organized the second Minisymposium on Applications and Benefits of the UPMEM Commercial Massively Parallel Processing-In-Memory Platform (ABUMPIMP 2024) in Madrid, Spain.

Our total publication count at 30 months stands at 44, with five papers currently under review 🎉.

We held our third plenary meeting for the BioPIM Project in beautiful Zurich, marking the close of our second review period. Since our last meeting in May, we have published three additional papers, with several more submitted and available as preprints.
