Tip for those applying for @nhmrc IGs:. Don't write with 'assumed knowledge'. No jargon from your field. I am reviewing many drafts - it's a really common pitfall. Pls remember: the reviewers will not be from your specialty. They must understand every detail. Pitch it right.
