Scientific uncertainty does not mean that parents, judges, and legislators lack the information they need to serve the best interests of children.

This fall, a red wave swept Southern state legislatures. The end result -- #DontSayGay bills are spreading. In my @ajc op-ed, I explain why they're harmful for #LGBTQ youth.
Anti #LGBTQ laws are heading for schools in red states, incl. the #DontSayGay bill. The laws’ sponsors claim to protect parents’ rights. However, the legislation’s real effect would be to harm children. Read the new #oped by @ProfMAGeorge in the @ajc

The Respect for Marriage Act is a fantastic development - but the fight to present marriage equality is far from over. Every one of us has a part to play to ensure it remains the law of the land. Details here: https://t.co/3jgkFnOzju

The general descriptions on each page are a resource for all. @WFULawSchool will find the primary and secondary courses the school offers on each topic, as well as credit-bearing co-curricular activities they can take and the faculty who can advise them. /4

Law students should think about their careers along multiple dimensions. For that reason, the site is divided by practice type, employer type, and subject matter. /3

As the site explains, a legal career is more than simply specializing in a subject matter. A career in environmental law, for example, can involve litigation, regulation, lobbying, and direct client services, and work for firms, nonprofits, and the government. /2

Law students: Uncertain what kind of lawyer you want to be? Law profs: Unsure how to advise them? For the past 12 months, I've been leading the redesign of a website to help ( https://t.co/qZqFM6mvVS). It's geared to @WFULawSchool students, but the content applies widely. 🧵

Great analysis of powerful legal writing. Use these tips @WFULawSchool!
The legal writing hits keep coming from the lawyers representing @Twitter! Let's look at six ways you can write like the powerhouse teams behind Twitter's Answer. I can't remember pleadings packed with this much good stuff (and I read a LOT of legal writing). 1/x
