Congratulations on 27 years! Food and wine look fabulous.
Erich and I celebrated our 27th anniversary yesterday. I wanted to cook so I did Gougeres with Chablis, roasted, marinated red peppers with burrata and pasta al limone (Amalfi coast recipe). With more Chablis. It was heaven.

Great wine!
Tonight's wine is the wonderful Uccelliera Brunello di Montalcino. While this needs a little aeration at this point, once opened up, it is wonderful. This great winemaker should be on everybody's radar. Happy Friday! 🇮🇹🍷

Amazing!
