We were delighted to read such positive remarks on our video call system from the HM Inspectorate of Prisons after their recent visit to @HMPHuntercombe. You may not be aware but we (Phonehub, the social venture behind Prison Voicemail) have been providing video calls there...

Amazing feedback from a Prison Voicemail customer: "I'd like to thank you for the fantastic service! If it weren't for PVM my partner may not be alive today! The lockdown has been extremely tough on all prisoners and especially those with poor mental health..."

"As I can’t call the prison it is really helpful being able to send a message in real time knowing he’ll get it the same day. I also feel much less worried about going out and missing a call on the landline, knowing I can leave messages." - A quote from one of our customers.
