A few weeks after that crazy tour ended I was hospitalized with a life threatening infection and nearly died. A few years have passed so I bring you my newest global tour - 4 countries in 4 days. Less long range traveling and hopefully less hospital time at the end of it. Letโ€™s

Itโ€™s incredibly sad that @PrismChefBerlin is closing. They took care of us every single time we went there. They took care and invited in our one year old last year. There is so much talent there Iโ€™m sure whatever is next will be just as incredible if not better!

Itโ€™s awesome that Prism retained their star but honestly they deserve so much more. Every single time Iโ€™ve been in Berlin itโ€™s by far the best meal Iโ€™ve had. If you are ever remotely close, make it a point to eat hereโ€ฆ

6 years. The nice thing about Michelin Stars, you get to celebrate it every year (as long as youโ€™re good). We are very proud of having retained our well-earned Star from last year, but those of you who know us know we push relentlessly to add onto that.
