#Refractive panel raises the important point that "doing nothing [surgically]" is NOT without risk. E.g., the myope who continues to wear contacts assumes a higher lifetime risk of infectious keratitis than if they had LASIK, ICL, RLE, etc. #aao2020 @aao_ophth @ISRS_AAO
