Offering console players unconditional refunds is a decent gesture but they're still ignoring PC performance which for me is unplayable at times. Addressing what they did it is a start but it's gonna be hard to repair the trust and reputation they damaged. Street Cred -10.

The state of the game isn't the main issue - even if you think it's excusable (which it isn't btw) . The main issue is that they lied about the state of the game on consoles, saying it was surprisingly good. Allowed no console reviews or footage pre release. Lies & deception.
@PrettyBadTweets Fuck off in beging witcher 3 when they realese a game was full of bugs and now is flawless, so this game also have bugs and they will fix it anx will be breat taking.
