Directly across the street from where a young girl on a bike was hit by a driver last night, is the fence of St. Mary’s school that was shredded recently by a driver who hit it so hard the 100 year old, 2 meter tall, stone support pillar is lying in pieces 20 meters away.
Very serious vehicle - cyclist collision at Wellington and Academy. A few blocks from where a cyclist was killed recently. Hoping everyone will be ok. We must change the design priorities of our residential streets and intersections. Safety not vehicle speed.
