Knowing which tasks to send to ChatGPT | Codex CLI | Codex Cloud is a useful skill to have. I don't believe in using one thing for everything. I continuously make the mistake of using the wrong interface for the model. I sent a task to Droid CLI that should have been a Cloud

Good business. The obvious play is to do both general chat and coding. They have the GPUs and the deals already. They have the models. They can give exposure if needed. They can handle the deals for models that have license requirements. They can also try and solve the not all
The main breakthrough of GPT-5 was to route your messages between a couple of different models to give you the best, cheapest & fastest answer possible. This is cool but imagine if you could do this not only for a couple of models but hundreds of them, big and small, fast and

Simon tried to make vibe engineering, but it didn't catch. We could call it AI coding, or just coding or just programming. I don't think any of it matters, I'm rooting for the word to die, and it will with all the vibe "clones", marketing/sales/support. So give it time.
the phrase βvibe codingβ is slowly losing its meaning from the original karpathy definition if you use any form of AI as an engineer, ppl call u a vibecoder and itβs so annoying we need a new phrase to describe the structured process of planning, coding, & testing with agents
