there’s no such thing as food that’s “bad for you” just food that’s better/worse suited for the outcomes you desire. the vast majority of people just want to eat less calories and drop weight, that’s why processed foods are generally considered “bad”. it’s not some conspiracy.
one of the greatest lies the bourgeoisie ever pulled off was convincing people that processed food is bad for you. wonderbread is fortified with stupid amounts of vitamins not found in whole grain bougie bread, kraft singles are probably the densest protein source on earth etc.
