Hardly anyone has been able to contain Scoot Henderson off the dribble at

Congratulations to 2021 W Matthew Cleveland who has been invited to the USA Basketball Minicamp in Colorado from July 24-29. Top 50 prospect nationally who has been climbing steadily over the last few months.

Matt Cleveland (Team 4) matched up with fellow Peach State prospects Jabari Smith and Dillon Hunter (Team 6) this morning. Smith’s offensive versatility was on display, Hunter continued to defend and finish in transition, Cleveland had a monstrous dunk in the middle of the lane.

Got a look at
@DenmarkHS_Bball
this morning. The Danes return a strong core from their 24-win Elite 8 team last season and looked good this June. Year 2 should be another successful one for Denmark.
Stopped by St. Pius to start the morning. The Golden Lions will be led by guards Chase Cormier and Brookes Kahlert this winter, but they also need others to step up after graduating 10 seniors from last year’s 26-win Elite 8 team. Pius has one of the best programs in the state.
Wofford Team Camp Day 1
Trent Stephney and Ques Glover formed what was probably the best guard duo I saw yesterday.

Denmark bounces back in their 2nd game of the night and wins this Forsyth matchup. Joseph Scott, Robert Cowherd, and Adrian Gutierrez were solid for the Danes. Jack Bock (18P/4 3’s) and Nick Zabetakis (13P) led West.
Connor Thompson and Cole Middleton were outstanding in their first game, doing a bit of everything for Team 22. Thompson hit shots all over the court and showed improvement off the bounce. Middleton’s strength and versatility were too much to stop.
Jabari Smith has been tearing it up at

Roman Son might be the best on-ball defender in the state. He dominated his 1st game at the

TJ Bickerstaff had some dominant stretches this weekend at Tech. His guard skills at 6’8” are impressive.
Bickerstaff is built well, gets to the basket, and hit some outside shots. He is very difficult to stop when he is aggressive and asserts himself.
