Tried contacting support multiple times, but the chat keeps sending auto-replies and then closes the conversation on its own. @letsblinkit 🙂
Extremely frustrated with @letsblinkit .I Placed a prepaid order at 12 PM today. I admit I missed the delivery partner’s call due to unavoidable reasons, but instead of marking it undelivered, he went back to the store, submitted my order & still marked it as delivered in the app.

Alsoo.My delivery address has a safe spot where Blinkit & other companies orders are usually kept. The delivery partner could have easily left my order there, as is normally done, but chose to take it back to the store instead and marked delivered 🙂🙂.

+ .When I called back multiple times, he picked the call nd simply said “Mai kuch nhi kr skta ab”.Now chat support isn’t available due to “high demand” and I’m left with no order & no refund. Now the least I am expecting is a customer support for refund 🙂.
