Everything is designed for online ordering (chat with @Verizon digital assistant whatever) but no one will notify you if they suspect some fraud etc. And when you speak with a real human(s) you are given the run around !.

I was told every time a new person came to speak with me that "call is recorded for quality".Problem here is the @Verizon fraud & Sales teams have serious communication issues with each other. What quality are you trying to improve ?.

@Verizon @VerizonSupport .Been a verizon customer over 15 years (maybe I need to switch). Paid all my bills on time. Today verizon verified my PIN, sent me text links to click on my phone to allow them access to my account, checked everything like ten times.

@Verizon @VerizonSupport .After 15 minutes of speaking to sales about what exactly the type of the new iphone models i wanted --i was told "a fraud hold" was still in place. I was transferred back to fraud. This cycle I kid you not was repeated X 5 times.

2) @Verizon @VerizonSupport .Today I was on the phone with Verizon for over an hour. I was told there was some fraud suspected & transferred to their fraud dept. Spoke to some clueless person in the fraud dept who said there was no fraud. She transferred me back to sales.

Story of #DiwaliCelebration ruined by @Verizon .1) I ordered two new iphones on Oct 26th for my kids (surprise Diwali gift-both due for upgrade). The phones were supposed to be shipped on Nov 2nd. Unbeknownst to me on Oct 30th orders were canceled with notification.
