A visual representation of oxygen use (VO₂) during and after the exercise sessions:. ✅ WBV (Whole Body Vibration) produced the highest oxygen use. ✅ NoV (No Vibration) increased VO₂ more than the control, less than WBV. ✅ Control (no exercise) showed the lowest oxygen.
