Started this account so I could finally talk comics with other people. I post stuff from what I’m currently reading.

Heavy Metal #8 cover by George Proctor. This cover is tremendous. Makes me wish some of these cover painters did more interior work despite the ridiculous time commitment it would take

Tim Conrad’s “All That Glitters” from his 1984 one-shot Thrillogy (cover included). He did some great short stories in that era in this and his Epic work (Part 1 of 4)

Scout #21 cover and interior page by Tim Truman. The final battle of the series begins! Between this and Grimjack, this was a great era for Truman

I was introduced to Mikaal Tomas in James Robinson’s amazing Starman series of the 90s, so it was nice to finally see his first appearance in the 12th issue of DC’s 1st Issue Special. This one by Gerry Conway and Mike Vosburg is a solid comic. Love the title text by Mike Royer

Been on a Brian Bolland kick lately, and it’s been a while since I’ve visited Mega-City One, so I decided to go with some old school Judge Dredd for some Saturday reading. Love the Judge Death story

Some incredible pages of #FrazerIrving’s art from Annihilator, his collaboration with Grant Morrison. Irving is so unique in his style and a perfect fit for a story like this one
