#UnityDay2024 Sometimes school counseling is bringing everyone together. We wore orange as a symbol of solidarity against bullying. We invited kids to play and reached out to those who needed it. I even played tag and am reaching for the ibruprofen as we speak. Worth it. #scchat

Sometimes school counseling is facilitating cultural celebrations! We celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month with homemade Agua de Jamaica and Maria’s cookies. For some students, it was a new experience, for others, it was a reminder of home. I’m here for it all.❤️ #scchat

Sometimes school counseling is creating bulletin boards. It’s bullying prevention month, and one of the easiest way to bring attention to bullying is to create a bulletin board. I laminated the letters and trash can so that I can use them for years to come. #scchat
