Nurses as well.its endemic.imagine having to actually have behaviour coaches in organisations that proport to care. Saddened. What have we become.
Doctors in training may hesitate to "escalate" concerns about behaviours in senior colleagues (e.g. bullying) if the colleagues to whom they are required to escalate are perceived to have influence on career progression. What is the best model for this issue?

Quite unbelievable. The lack of respect for own staff. Shocking to say the least. Perhaps paying their own nursing staff this rate would have resulted in them being able to afford to live.
