We were so lucky to have @karianneholt visit @PoplarTreeES today to speak with 5th and 6th graders. It was so amazing to hear the her true story that inspired House Arrest and hear about writing in free verse. Thanks to the @PoplarTreePTA for sponsoring this visit!

Our "Magical" snowman is ready to go to School tomorrow. Snowman is made out of geometric shapes. Paari worked so hard to make it perfect. Today I learned , what is "perseverance" from my 9 year old! @PoplarTreeES @PoplarTreeLib @MrsSniffinPTES Thank you for this opportunity!

I'm so excited to announce the Storybook Snowmen exhibition. Students can create and bring in a 3D snowman based on a book character to display in the library. Look for the flyer in this week's Friday Folder! ⛄️☃️
