Recently, I made my first R Shiny app that measures command using an intended target versus the actual location of a pitch. While command is very hard to quantify due to having a lot of variables, this tool provides a visual and data driven way to evaluate execution/command more.

Crochet will most likely throw his cutter and fastball early in the count while throwing his sweeper or fastball late in the count. Against Yankee lefties early in the count, he will throw his fastball the most, followed by his cutter and sinker, and throw his sweeper.
