3D printing a bin to capture the waste from 3D printing the bin...but it is not large enough so you print it bigger and it's still not big enough

Last STEM speaker insight before I do tweaks and start making a guide. This is just 2 PETG 3D printed parts, and once the coil and motor are done, just screw together. Watch and see! Queen playing as it is put together🔊

'Making a 3D Printed speaker is fragile and difficult' Take a look in this video how I abuse this new STEM 3D printed driver and how it handles it. @DepositionSound Have you ever seen a speaker handle this?

What would you call it? I'm just calling it STEM currently!

Likely the driver to push the educational STEM side of things. Replacement for FD51 to Elemental series before it. Simpler. Easier to build. Only PLA/PETG parts. 9 years of work rolled up into a design focused on educating and making entry easier. Just 2 pieces! 🤯

STEM Driver sizes Left is the size you have seen. Fits into the same as Symphony 7. Right is the intended educational use. Fits into a 80x80mm build area, so: 180x180mm (A1 Mini, Prusa Mini) 2 Drivers + 2 Motors in 1 print 240x240mm (Mk4 / A1) 4 Drivers + 4 Motors in 1 print

Streets Of Rage 2 Music playing on a PLA #3Dprinted speaker driver. No flexibles! My normal 3D printed speakers = 7 to 9 pieces. This speaker is just 3. Think it's basically good enough for #STEM Tweaks to improve assembly to go 😁

In celebration of the 50th birthday of the 6502 here is a cleaned up and repaired Atari BASIC source based on the original "Atari BASIC Source Book" by Bill Wilkinson, Kathleen O'Brien, and Paul Laughton. Uses `make` with `ca65`. https://t.co/mVuaGhL06o #mos6502 #Atari #BASIC

These 2 externally look the same, but underneath small changes are happening to try and fix little issues. Audio related + small changes = big differences

The path to the end of Polymate3D Speaker Drivers is coming. Late 2026/ Early 2027, I will stop. I have created 28 different designs. At 10 years I want to to wrap up development and use them. Focus on something new. A FREE post on Patreon details more: https://t.co/DjtDqIa9iT

SO COOL!! Would love to see similar scans of large LiFeP04 batteries as well!

We just CT scanned 1,000 lithium-ion batteries from 10 brands to see how they compare inside. The differences we found are enormous, and point to serious safety risks in off-brand batteries that can easily make their way into the supply chain. Here’s what we saw… 🧵

Rare occurrence these days. I am testing some budget small drivers. Possibly for 3D printed cabinets for small applications. Will see
