So pleased to see our research on menstrual health and homelessness is being recognised nationally. Menstrual stigma has affected personal, social, and economic well-being for too long, disproportionally effecting those experiencing homelessness.

A must read! Research by the brilliant team @stephLbarker @FrancesG_psych @GabriellaOrsin0 @PollyHJ @JenTarabay
Research from the School has found homeless women experienced practical challenges in managing menstruation alongside feelings of embarrassment and shame, with many ‘making do’ due to inadequate provision. #periodpoverty 👉 https://t.co/JuBiwdPyXy

Hooray, it’s finally complete! We need this framed in each of our offices @michellemholmes @SabinaStane @stephLbarker We also had an excellent PhD office mascot. A cat who sung and danced to Shania Twain called Patrice #nobodyaskedyouPatrice! #drdrdrdr #PMSS
When I started my PhD, @PollyHJ @michellemholmes and @stephLbarker had this up on their notice board. I inserted myself in the drawing and in their friendship, updated it as they all passed their vivas, and then took it with me when we left our office. Today, it's complete!
