Catch the ball with your palm facing the ball. The goal is to feel yourself staying inside the ball, getting full extension through contact, and maintaining good direction through the baseball. Then move to the tee and chase that same barrel path feeling you just created.

Bat Path Feel Drill ⚾➡️🛤️ One of my favorite feel drills for hitters to learn how to stay through the ball. ⚾️ All you need is a partner and a ball. Have your partner toss it underhand while you load and get full separation before moving forward.
