In the law, “coercion” doesn’t include the use of drugs, but many traffickers use substances to keep victims under their control. It’s time to change the law to reflect how trafficking situations actually happen. #AddictionIsCoercion #HumanTrafficking. ▶️

P Diddy’s alleged tactics are not unique. Drug-based coercion is more common than you might think. #DrugCoercion #TraffickingReality #PDiddy.

The TAKE IT DOWN Act has passed Congress! This important legislation criminalizes the distribution of non-consensual intimate images, including "deepfakes," and requires platforms to remove reported images within 48 hours. Congrats to everyone who worked to get this bill passed.
