I also have amenorrhea, I found out I have PCOS recently! 🤝
I’m 23 and only just had my pap smear, it was honestly very uncomfortable but I was ok!! I know it’s scary, I was terrified too— don’t force yourself if you aren’t ready!

I can say from my personal experience while it was very uncomfortable I was glad I got it over with and it wasn’t as terrible as I had heard (for me personally, everyone is diff!) !!
