They gave Ino her awakening jutsu as her 2nd jutsu... So what's the point in using her regular flower bomb? Do they have different priorities vs other jutsu? Different knock back animations? Maybe one of them can be Cdash cancelled?

Storm 4 2016 is a LANDSLIDE of differences to 2023 Storm 4 with patches taking away and adding certain mechanics and character specifics.
Connections will have changes too, so don't bash on it too soon

I have to take long breaks away from online since my queue times can be up to 15 minutes before finding a match and that person will be like "oh Poisoned Okami, hell no" then just leave so I gotta wait another 15 minutes.

Here's more info. Jiraiya has been nerfed in regards to his 1st air hit, he now floats, meaning you can't loop it over and over.
Shisui has been buffed, he can apply more pressure with his jutsu, he's super safe in neutral.
Also, always pick Indra.
