Emotional meeting today - hearing from the families of the Mariana Dam disaster after their case finally began at the RCJ this week. This has been a long battle for justice. I worked, briefly, on the case back in 2019. I hope there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Before the collapse, there were clear warnings about the dam's stability however operations continued after TÜV SÜD’s subsidiary certified the dam as safe. We represent over 1,400 clients in the courts of Munich and last week we stood alongside AVABRUM in Germany.
