The most ironic part of it all? Who knew crafters could be so cruel?!

You should not be allowed to own a business if this is how customers are treated. I don't care if the customer "followed the rules" or not... someone could commit suicide based off this CEO & his follower's crude commentary. This is a SERIOUS case of a serial cyber-bully.

The sad part is that the CEO "gets off" on bullying people. After doing research, I realize this is not the first time he has taken advantage of customers, essentially stealing from innocent people & benefiting off their losses. @BBBTriCounties has dozens of complaints like mine.

Thankfully, I reported the post to @Facebook & it was removed. I'm now out of the private group as well... and who knows if they're still talking about me. I feel endangered that most of these people know my personal FB profile, and that this vicious CEO knows my HOME ADDRESS

3. He said via email & @Facebook group of 35K members that he was going to FALSELY use my tracking number to send me a "piece of paper" instead of the actual products I ordered. Then, he was going to show that to "prove" to @PayPal I received the item so that I'd lose the dispute

2. He took to his private @Facebook group of 35,000 members that I am in and tagged my personal account in a post that only told HIS narrative, creating an entire thread over 100 comments deep of other customers cyber-bullying me, using profane & racial slurs, and minor threats.

So naturally, like any normal person who wants their money back, I opened a @AskPayPal dispute. Once I opened the dispute, he did three things: 1. He emailed me with curse words calling me a coward for opening up a PayPal dispute.

And the part about "refund minus $10?" ... At the time of purchase, the website said: “If we have to cancel your order for ANY reason there is a $5.00 or 10% cancellation fee (which ever is more)” In my case, my order was $43, so $5 was more than 10%

To which the CEO responded, "ships as is or refund minus $10 no other options" Let's put aside from his utter lack of punctuation and effort into the email response... but why in the WORLD would I want my items to ship to the WRONG address... only to be returned to sender?!

Now that I have your attention. Let's backtrack. On July 7 at approx. 11:40pm, I placed an order on a crafting website. Instantly, I realized I had the incorrect shipping address, and I kindly emailed the company at 11:45pm with the correct address & order number.

Cleaned out my closet, and after the $150 my roommates and I made at the mission market, I took the baskets to every resale shop in town. Made: - $42 at Waterford Plato’s - $34 at OVEIDO Plato’s - 40 at Colonial Plato’s and a whopping - $3.50 at Avalon Exchange Not too shabby!
