We have no desire to support and provide what nearly amounts to free advertisement to a company that clearly doesn’t recognize the community it serves. Effective Jan 9, TDI will pull the plug on all podcast episodes currently available on all streaming platforms. 🧵

For the community that has made dnd what it is today, and the community for which WotC serves. As a result of this stark outlook for the future of WotC and DnD as a whole, we at TDI will be pulling our episodes of our podcast from the public ear. 🧵

Our friends here in the #ttrpg community. We are already beginning to see a migration of friends and creators away from #dnd and WotC’s products to other systems and companies that are much more friendly to their associated creators. This is a painful reversal in treatment 🧵

Dear friends, we know it has been a while but there is something we need to discuss - the recent leak of #WotC’s #OGL 1.1. While as we understand it, the coming change in WotC’s policy toward creators does not affect us at TDI, we cannot deny or overlook how it is affecting 🧵

Okay I don’t usually toot my own horn but honestly I’m proud of these #homebrew one-shot materials I made. For a few unrelated games I’ve burned paper, made pamphlets, used invisible ink and even carved rocks! I think my players enjoyed 😊 #ttrpg #dnd
