Sorry state of ESM's welfare in Jharkhand .Might is Right, at the power corridors of Govt Of Jharkhand. Some services are extended beyond legitimate tenure & some have to run pillar to post even for their legitimate tenure. No RESPECT for EX-SERVICEMEN in Jharkhand...
