Shocked by @ExideCare poor service — my battery is well within warranty (checked online), but claim rejected! What’s the point of offering warranty if customers are denied genuine claims?

Given @OlaElectric S1 in service more than a month ago due to battery issues covered under warranty.. Still till date the vehicle is not ready.. very poor and slow service response.. utter unprofessionalism by @OlaElectric

Very poor.@OlaElectric service. Vehicle is in workshop for 48 hrs no action taken service advisor is not replying.. for even towing the vehicle it took @OlaElectric 2 days. from last 4 days my ola s1 is not working even i have ola care plus bt the service is very unprofessional

Had to book next train out.. stay at hotel..all extra expenses occurred due to @airindia least customer service Wasted a whole day.. loss of time .. school leave for kids ..all due to unprofessional behaviour of airlines and no compensation recvd
