(5/5) But PRX showed they were a different team in the final. While Fnatic waited for pushes, PRX stayed disciplined, then suddenly, they would still make the crazy plays we know and love. PRX kept their identity but fixed their weaknesses, and their hard work finally paid off

(4/5) Fnatic was Paper Rex’s final boss because they are the best team in the world at playing slow. Their cumulative win rate is really low when round time is low, but increases significantly as the round time increases. They’re almost the complete opposite of the old PRX

(3/5) A big reason for this was their coaching staff, but also because of Patmen and f0rsaken’s contributions. f0rsaken started as a cracked duelist, but by 2025 was a flex god with an insane 31% clutch rate

(2/5) Paper Rex were able to keep their fast and aggressive identity, but no longer had a glaring weakness in the late round. Paper Rex started to win way more rounds off of macro decisions, rather than only relying on big fights - even against methodical teams like G2 or Fnatic

How Paper Rex Won Masters Toronto. (1/5) This graph shows PRX’s cumulative win rate as round time increases. In 2024, PRX’s win rate plummeted when rounds dragged on too long. They had a clear and abusable late round weakness. At Masters Toronto, this was no longer the case…

Missing Penny because I still had a 50 round restriction, but he's between Bang and Jawgemo at 12.91.

Someone else asked so might as well show the full list without the 100 round restriction for all players that attended #VALORANTMasters Toronto

Top 25 Most IMPACTFUL Players from #VALORANTMasters Toronto. - @Alfajervl was the most impactful player. - No one from @pprxteam stands out, but are the ONLY team with ALL 5 PLAYERS in the top 25 (most teams only have 2-3). - @t3xture_kr is the only GEN.G player in the top 20

For people new to this stat - kill impact is how much each player increased their team's chance to win any given round based on their kill impact. Last kill in a 5v1 = very low impact.Clutching 1v1 = very high impact. e.g Alfa increased Fnatic's chances to win any round by 17.3%.

Boaster went from G2, to Wolves, then PRX. To have to adapt to incredibly diverse play styles and comps over the course of a couple days is bonkers. Don't forget Boaster's individual performance on Split was a HUGE reason they beat G2 in the first place.

All the people calling for Boaster to be replaced knows nothing about the game and will forever stay clueless. Without him Fnatic will never make it this far this year, in the current meta all IGLs have to adapt every single game because there’s so much diversity exist in terms.

It looks like @GenG "threw" because the score flipped, but there wasn't any round after 15 where GEN.G had great control of the round. G2 just called perfectly and were never forced into bad fights. A rare comeback where the other team didn't play too badly, G2 just locked tf in

@pprxteam just embody the classic feeling you get from playing games with your boys. Love seeing @jasonsusantoo smile and stand up every single round - especially after he mentioned earlier this year that the game felt like a job. What a turnaround for the team!

Literally watching any Verno interview today it's unbelievable he's the same guy that did that meme NRG interview. Fitting into your team's culture is everything lol

(4/4) Regardless of who LEV pick up, they’ll have to reassess how they want to play the game and see if their new players can align on one vision. LEV might feel much more comfortable playing their signature style for stage 2 once the Tejo nerfs come in and c0m can return to Sova

(3/4) LEV are struggling to decide between playing the slower style that they’re good at, or adhering to the dominant Tejo meta, which is very different from what they're used to. This has caused some problems with certain setups and their team systems as a whole
