Today we're participating in commemorations marking the 2024 #WorldMenstrualHygieneDay. The day falls on May 28th; in Malawi we celebrate today in Mchinji under the theme "Together for a Period Friendly World".
#PlanMalawi youth groups are showcasing how they have managed to demystify #MenstruationHygiene to help keep girls in school when in periods. Among other things, girl and youth groups are now able to make reusable sanitary pads. #GirlPower
