What a day from Kennedy Ruff yesterday. She ran 14.79 in the 100H smashing a hurdle in the process. Then she came back for the 400H and ran 1:00.90 which is the 7th fastest 400H in IL History!! Which is the 49th fastest time in the country this year and the 27th best returner!!

Really cool day today at practice! Vaughn Rutan (Incoming 8th grader) is unable to run at our meet tomorrow so ran a 1600m TT today! He was paced by Coach Sorg who led him to a 5:02.9! That’s a 15 second PR!

Congrats to Kennedy Ruff who yesterday represented Plainfield Pack at New Balance Outdoor Nationals as she ran 1:02.50 which is the 14th fastest 400H ever in Illinois History!!

This past Thursday, we hosted our first ever meet in Plainfield Pack history at Plainfield South! We had a great time and so excited to also host a meet on July 3rd!
