🔘 Employed by 3 giant private hospitals in Klang Valley ↪️ I was humiliated & bullied in 2 of these hospitals by immediate nursing managers.

🔘 Employed by 3 different military hospitals in Saudi Arabia ↪️ I was promoted into nursing administration/management positions (without me having to apply) on 3 different occasions. Each time, a better position!

Malaysian gov is not serious in providing a holistic wellbeing for its healthcare workers which will kick us all in the end if we do not change the trajectory soon

The problem lies within the higher nursing administration leadership in the country. While they are contented with the top-down leadership, it is only ruining what's left of it in the clinical settings.
