I was writing out a card for my son, screwed it up, and for some reason CUT IT UP and threw it out, then spent 20 min panicking when I couldn’t remember where I’d put the spare cards. That’s enough excitement; I’m going to bed.

Should be sleeping but instead I got up to pee and then turned on the heater cuz the fleece pants and two pairs of socks ain’t working.

Rainy day off, perfect day to sleep in. Instead I had a doctor appointment, surprise bloodwork, and am now doing the first of three loads of laundry.

Me wondering why the headache meds I took hours ago aren’t kicking in and then realizing I never took the headache meds.

I can finally cross #yoga off my to-do list. Beach yoga, at 7AM, so I get extra points. 😂

Hubby figured a thunderstorm was the perfect time to climb - and ultimately, fall off - a fucking ladder. 🤦🏻

Just realized today’s the one year anniversary of the second time I got laid off from the same company 😵‍💫

I have now survived two consecutive weeks at New Job.

These 4-5AM wake-ups are a crock o’ shit.

The day before a new job is a helluva time to realize you don’t have any work pants that aren’t capris (and it’s too cold here to start wearing them), so I hope leggings don’t raise any eyebrows. At least they’re ironed.

Just completed 7 HOURS of online training for a job I haven’t even started yet!

Two big annual stressors, mammo and taxes, have been taken care of and now I can relax, relatively speaking, for another year. 🙌
